I got the chance to do my first wedding ever. It was stressful, I won't down play that part. But it was a lot of fun. I was second shooter when we went out on location (to a park five minutes away from the hall the ceremony/reception was being held at), but I learned a lot. I learned how to position people, scout location when you don't have much time (an hour and a half), how to be flexible, and making note to pack a jacket (it was barely above 45 degrees that day). I was also thankful that I knew the bride and groom, and knew their personalities. It made things so much easier. After that it was like any other party/event I usually cover. So

    So, I know a lot of you (I'm referring to whomever read these and even those that do not) that suffer some sort of Block. Any kind of artistic Block, and sometime those Blocks can last a very long time. I just got over Writers Block (after six or more months of not being able to write ANYTHING), and I still feel like I am not all there. I am also a photographer that currently resides in Ohio, and it is awfully cold to really get any pictures. Though I might walk to a park not too far from here with my dog to clear my head. Hi!!    Okay, I am hoping everyone had a great holiday (happy whatever you celebrate!). I know I (sort of) did. My brother got to come home (he's in the military) and we had lots of fun. I got to go to Texas for Thanksgiving (I've been to Texas but never to sight-see), got to see The Alamo. It was crowded, loads of people. Walked the entire River Walk and went to like three malls (no lie). I think I even swore off walking...my legs hurt so bad.
